I would like to welcome you and your child to the Sacred Heart Pre-School Program. Mrs. Renna and I are looking forward to an exciting year with your child. We have many fun activities planned for this year. We will be learning the alphabet and sounding out letters, we will be counting and learning to form our numbers, and most importantly we will be learning about Jesus and our Catholic faith. We will be spending the first week of school getting to know each other, and learning the rules of our room. For those of you who do not know me, I am married and have five children ages 20, 18, 16, 14, and 12. Four of my children graduated from Sacred Heart School, my youngest will be in seventh grade this year at our school. I graduated from Seton Hall University with a BS in Elementary Education and have my teaching certification. I have been working here at Sacred Heart for five years in the Kindergarten, this year I was given the opportunity to teach pre k 3. Mrs. Renna is also married and has two children ages 15 and 12. She has worked at Sacred Heart for 4 years and is incredibly creative. You and your child will really enjoy her energy and artistic ability. We are both very excited about our new adventure. As the year progresses, please remember to keep our class in your prayers, as I will keep all of you in mine. I am so looking forward to this new beginning and a wonderful year.
