Prayer For Beginning a New School Year

Father,
We thank you for the opportunity
to begin the 2010-2011 school year,
and we ask that you bless
the faculty, the students, and student families.
We pray that you will guide us in all ways,
and that we will seek your will
in everything that we do.
We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen

IMPORTANT DATES FOR SEPTEMBER

7th - White envelopes go home today.  Please remove the contents and return the empty envelope tomorrow.

8th - Happy Birthday, Father John!

10th - Instrumental Music Assembly - your child will bring home information about this program.

14th - PTA Cherrydale Fundraiser kicks off today.  Also there will be an Instrumental Music Parent Meeting in the Library at 7:00 PM.

16th - School Liturgy @ 8:30 AM - parents are welcome to attend.  Back-to-School Night is at 6:45 PM in the Auditorium, followed by visits to the classrooms.  I hope to see you in Room 204!

27th - White envelopes go home today.
