  Tuition payments are due on the twentieth calendar day of each month beginning July through May. Only those students whose tuition for the months of July through August is paid-in-full by August 20th will be admitted to class on the first day of school in September.

Extended Day After-School Care Program


$15 registration fee per student.  A $20 late fee is charged if payment is not paid in advance.

Payment & Refund Policy

Each family is provided with a tuition booklet containing 11 pre-addressed envelopes for July through May tuition payments.   Starter Kit Fee includes Diocesan fees plus costs associated with school-provided consumable instructional supplies such as notebooks, assignment pads, tablets, art materials, ILA paperback books.  Activity Fee includes admission and transportation costs for class trips and related activities including eighth grade graduation.

Checks should be made payable to Sacred Heart School. Payment must be received by 3:00pm of the twentieth (20th) calendar day of each month. Sacred Heart School accepts no responsibility for payments received after the deadline. 

Following a 5-day grace period, late fees will be charged as follows: 6-10 days ($25), 11-15 days ($50), 16-20 days ($75) and 21-25 days ($100). Parents should contact Sacred Heart School if unexpected circumstances or financial hardship would result in possible delay of a timely payment.

Payments may be mailed to the school or submitted in person between 8:00am-2:00pm weekdays. Checks returned due to insufficient funds will be charged a service fee. Only cash, certified check, or money order will be accepted as payment in such cases.

Report cards will not be released unless all indebtedness to Sacred Heart School to date has been fulfilled by the last day of the marking period. We appreciate your cooperation and timely payments. Parents/guardians who fail to meet their financial obligations to Sacred Heart School will be obligated to pay any and all legal fees plus late charges associated with the debt collection.

A refund of tuition payments/fees remitted for the months of July and August will be made to a parent/guardian provided Sacred Heart School receives a written notification of withdrawal of the student prior to August 20th. After this date, a refund is made only of those tuition/fees received in payment beyond the current month in which the student is presently enrolled at Sacred Heart School.
