Integrated Language Arts: We will continue to build sentences using our sight words. words ending in -it and -ig. We will continue to practice the words "look" , "you", and "have". We will add "can" to our word wall.

Math: We will continue numbers to 100. We are doing very well with this!

Religion: We will celebrate our mass on Thursday morning at 8:30 am. We look forward to seeing you all there-we've ben working hard.

Science: February is Dental Health month.

Social Studies: We remember Abe Lincoln and George Washington on Monday, the 19th for President's Day!

Homework:

We have been in Kindergarten now for five months. Some of us are still having difficulty writing our names. From this point on, if we spell our name incorrectly or we are unable to read the name, your child will have to write his or her name 5 times for homework.

Thursday - "can" poem; no show & tell this week.

Wednesday is a 12:30 dismissal; please send a small snack unless your child will attend EDP, in which case he or she will need lunch.

The last day for scholastic book orders in Wednesday, Feb.14.

There is no school on Monday due to President's Day.

Please remember to return Clifford on Monday if he goes home with your child!

Please remember to empty and return the white envelopes when they go home. We reuse these each week to send you new information.

Please remember that our library day is Thursday. ALL LIBRARY BOOKS MUST BE RETURNED ON THURSDAYS. the children will not be allowed to take a new library book home if the old one is not returned.
